1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification with the following details:
- Your name, address, and contact information.
- Identification of the material that was removed and its original location before removal.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court in your location.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.
- Your signature (physical or electronic).
Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order against the content owner.
4. Repeat Infringers
SKB2 News reserves the right to terminate user accounts or block access for users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted content.
